Welcome to Brilliapp. These Terms of Service govern your use of the brilliapp.com website, the Photostudio platform and its companion mobile app Resource Portal (Android / iOS) (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

3. Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, you grant us permission to:

• Create events on your calendar
• Update or delete events created through our platform
• Read availability for scheduling purposes

We do not access or modify any other Google data.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse our Services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system functionality. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Payments (if applicable)

Any payments for subscriptions or services are handled securely through third‑party providers. Refunds and billing terms are described during checkout.
